Mama Ab Rehab session open for July 20th, 22nd and 24th -2009.  Choose from the  1 day clinique for only $15,  2 day camp for only $24 or 3 day school for only $30.  Weather you're a mom wth a 3 month old baby or 30 year old son...this class is for you!  If you register for Stroller Fitness, a 1 day clinique will be free of charge, you choose the day you prefer.  Please make checks payable to:  Thania Rosario

From 6pm- 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and/or Fridays

It all depends on # of sessions you choose.

This is a 30 minute intense fitness class.  Our slogan is "Boot Camp on Wheels".  Mommies will come already warmed up.   We will be teaching life-skill workshops after each workout as our commitment in helping your reach your weight-loss and fitness goals.  We will be discussing topics such as:

 

                                       

                                        weight-loss

                                        self esteem

                                        stress and anxiety

                                        and many other topics

 

These life-skill classes are important and key in your weight-loss effort. Classes will be offered at parks and pricing is as follow:

 

4 sessions 2/weekly for only $39.

6 sessions 3/weekly for only $49.
